Because it is a loser! I was long on this loser from the LSG times, fortunately, I was able to dump it at a small gain. You will wait a long time to see any real gain from this dumpster fire.

I was hoping for better numbers myself with a quarter of excellent commodity prices.  Revenue was in line with expectations however EPS come in a few cents short.  One small positive on costs, "with solid performance on costs, which were below our expected ranges for both the silver and gold segments in the quarter." Market don't seem impressed with quarterly numbers ...more

They need some new blood at the top. The current bunch of idiots just ain't doin' it! They will keep milking this until the contingency expires. And YES, there is a cost for the contingency  deal. Ask yourself where the money or shares will be coming from to satisfy that deal!

You may be right about the top. The govt hasn't even appointed anybody in regards to Escobal. I didn't do the math on the cost of the CVR's however If I read properly the capital budget for care and maintenance on Escobal is 20-25 million for 2024. Early on I think it would have made more sense to have mine going, make profit, pay contingency and save on care and maintenance.  ...more

EPS were great compared to last year and other quarters. Revenue keeps growing and Q3 is going to be stellar according to estimates and the silver price couldn't be better for huge revenues. Go to Tip Rank .com and check out the reality.

I think the qtr was okay but I wouldn't have described  as great, regretfully the market didn't think so either. Down $1.26 CDN 4.71% the day after results released and silver up $0.80ish.  I think forecasted EPS was $0.13 come in at $0.11.  Anyways hope your right about Q3. Tks for info on website.
