mixed signals from this stockJust listened to the conference call, it seems like the business is doing very good, and the guidance for 2024 is underestimated, since it does not include impact of any of the news products and businesses such as the major ones with Uber and ADP.
That been said, why are management selling the stock like there is no tomorrow!!
I checked the insiders transactions from jan 2023 to mar 2024, it's just crazy how the executives and the major chinese shareholder are selling the stock in millions of shares. So my takeout: unless there is some really weird hidden stuff that we don't know, I guess the execs and the major shareholders are selling just as part of their portfolio recalilbration, and in this case, this stock is up for a great run this year
