On March 22, 2021, the Company used a portion of the proceeds from the IPO to repay all its outstanding debt facilities and is now debt free

No doubt PAY has fallen into the the classic play of "sell the news". The stock has been falling daily since the earning release. Would like to pick up more but will wait to see where it settles out.

Went up when news was released on earnings ... lot's of upside is why... Stocks got hit hard again today for some reason and PAY did not have a big vloume day... Bought more at 6.77 today ...

Stock continues to suffer from "sell the news" on the last earnings release. Will be interesting to see where the bottom is...I suspect it will be below 6 bucks...but not sure how far below that number.

with 42m shares O/S I wouldn't call it heavy volume, but maybe for PAY it was a bit high - almost 300k shares on all exchanges. I don't understand why Mr. Market isn't giving PAY any love? Who is marketing PAY right now?
