anonymous selling the stock like a druck

An anonymous is selling the stock like a drunk since 10 am and I guess is selling much more through the dark orders without being disclosed to the market. Just find it weird that this happens 1 day before disclosure of the financial results after the delay due to the internal controls report. in this tsx heaven for insiders trading based on priviliged info, is it a sign something is wrong with the expected report and financials will not be ready as expected ????

Hich1205...good post and dead on as seen on news release from PAY late today. Financials will not be ready for April 1st. This is now the second delay....so stock will have to suffer this time around...hoping to get a position in the very low 6's.

Assuming the news release is accurate, no auditors would authenticate end of year statements without doting the i's and t's. I'm taking for granted that there is still money in the balance sheet, and management reiterating q4 results gives me more comfort. If it sells off Monday, I will be there at $6.50 all day long.

And lower than 6.50.  These risk events can turbocharge returns ....if nothing more behind this delay.

To me it always looked like wishful thinking to get it done by April 1. But nothing has changed. It looks to me like management had pushed back the timing ~1 week to the latest possible date before they'd have to issue these more formal compliance steps. Unfortunately this external vendor couldn't come through in time. I'd assume Payfare management is not the only client pissed off

This stock should be down 10 percent on an announcment like that. So far only about 6 percent. The day is still early.

Got my bid hit this morning at 6.25. Not the low of the day but close enough. Kinda suspected there would be a very decent pullback this morning.

WillyGreen...Very possible it goes sub 6 and will add more if it does. Looking for a short term trade with PAY. Looking at a quick 15 to 20 percent payout on this one.

Solid buying coming back. See this at $7+ when 2023 statements are finalized.

That is why I was a buyer at 6.25 for a short term trade. Sometimes the gifts comes so easily.

Picked up more today at 6.10. Gotta love the volatility that the delay is producing....but thats how you make the easy money.

Ps - the algo selling on this stock is a douche bag. Offer 2000 and disappear once there is a buyer. At any rate, Questrade seems to know what's what with the seller.

Or offering a few hundred on the grey market  1 penny below the offering price on the tsx.
