Interesting that we haven't heard anything on the terms of the transition. Is it possible that the contract needs to be extended? 

As for the other 3 potential contracts, we may have the final decision in late q4 or early q1. Stay tuned.

Psmith - Get a copy of the transcript of the conference call post q3 results. Specifically mentions that the terms of the transition has not been finalized. Getting closer to February and still no announcement from either Payfare or DoorDash with respect to the transition. Hard to shut down 60% users of this app.  The q4 or q1 for the potential of two new contracts also mentioned by the ceo

They have no viable business. The spare parts are worth substantially less than the market cap. Buyers of Veren yesterday are up 5.2% already. Veren is highly liquid and is at 52 week lows with investment grade credit.

5% in a day on 75% of one's liquid net worth. Do the math. VRN is extremely liquid. If you weren't stuck in PAY you could have added 5% to most of your net worth like I did. In a single day.
