One of the bst stocks...

..I have ever owned. The plan to borrow now and pay off debt so as to get the rate before it climbs is very smart IMO. The SP should get back over the $100 mark again I imagine. Meanwheiule, anyone buying now gets a decent dividend yield. GLTAL
