Not quite yet
I'm not sure it's quite ready to move. When I bought at $15 years ago, one of the metrics that was consistent was the P/VB was always 3.5-4. when I stepped out in the 40s the P/B was well up in the 6s and 7s. Now that the excitement is over, it seems to be returning to its usual P/B. Sales and profits vary, but the BV seems to be a more consistent measure to me.
That means the price belongs below $30. In most equities, I would usually look for a runup to the annuals, but probably not in this case. I continue to stay on the sidelines awaiting the right opportunity.
