Pollard Banknote had record revenue (up 12%) in Q4 and in the past few months has announced several new and extended contracts with customers. We are surprised at how weak the stock has been this year. EPS growth is still expected for this year and next, based on consensus estimates. It has a good reputation with customers, the balance sheet is OK, cash flow is good and arguably the business has some recession-resistance. We think chipping away on the buyside into any further declines makes sense and should turn out well, over time. (5iResearch)
