FERRELL CREEK

Does anyone have an opinion on how valuable PACE'S Ferrel Creek land holdings are?

PPY (see page 20 of their recent presentation) says that deals for land and production rights

in the Montney area of N.E.B.C. have been done at $15,000 to $40,000 per net acre.

PACE has 19,300 net acres at Ferrell Creek which looks to be in the heart of the play.

If the lands are as valuable as PPY indicates then PACE is a greatly under valued stock

and therefore management is right to be worried about a hostile takeover.
