INSIDERS: ZERO PURCHASES

Apart  from  the  inefficient   management   that   must  be  replaced   asap,   another   main    problem with  PCE.TO (Pace)  is that the insiders have  ZERO  SKIN in the game.

They are not willing to buy with their own money.  They  did  not  even  buy  when  the  pps  dropped at  2  CAD few    weeks   ago !  This tells a lot to me.  This  is  a   red  flag  and  this  is  why   I  ll  not  buy   PCE.

The  insiders did  NOT buy from the public market  with their  OWN   money  but these purchases are  Direct Ownership Buy under company plan !  This  is  VERY  DIFFERENT....contact the company to see what it is.....   In  terms of the   corporate   buyback ...more
