I used to own AVF, but it was such a pos that I switched into PCE after the announcement.

Now I will vote against the deal, as PCE has been dragged down by AVF, and will only recover if we kill the deal.

PCE doesn't need AVF, especially after they sold the very best asset they had.

Vote NO !!!!!!
