           Pennydreadful is a spammer who just showed up to discourage the merger.              A bad penny that keeps turning up.              I do not mind staying with a 17% yield.

I'm for this merger, but does the Vote Against not indicate their voting position?   Especially when you look at previous votes, it shows Vote For.

You are correct pwalk140  .   Thomas35  is  posting  false misleading  information.   He  is  doing  the  same  on the  AVF  board.  He  could  be  one  of  the  departing   executives   who sees  his  big  payday  slipping  away.

I'm not sure about the departing executives comment, I do know from other posts that you are against the merger, however I am not. AVF and PCE are so widely held that even the CPP and banacorp battle is making minimal impact, both combined hardly make up half of 1 percent. The people that have posted on both AVF and PCE bullboards, again, are minimal in the entire shareholders outstanding ...more
