Pace shareholders

The question is ..!!

What will happen to Pace ??

YES vote : management is sent home - with few millions - get new management which everybody loves n you have bigger corp - delivering 3c monthly dividend n life move on with better odds to make money ,,,

NO vote:: you lose it all anyways and management walks away with millions either way

no promise to deliver for shareholders n life still moves on....

go figure....

No matter which direction voting goes.. I will say yes to new venues and make mmoney that's why we all are here .... Right ???

cheers and best to all

Not to worry JOE454 aka, how many id's is anyone's guess, the market is waking up and expects a better deal than the one that you kept pumping. How stupid do you think people are or are you paid by the post, no matter how silly it is ?

The glass Lewis report can not be considered independent since the company, as well as the officers have a vested interest in Pace. CPP voted no - correct Pace received a 21% premium on the share price as at the date of the deal. Market price is how the deal price is derived, not strictly though production. I have not heard of any major financial insitutions that are opposed to the deal.

Thanks for sharing these "facts"  i don't consider nova Bancorp or CPP as major players  fact is collectively both carry less shares than I do myself as private investor  but they instigated a meaningless war and a ball game ...  I will be interested in knowing what are the consequences if it doesn't go tthrough  will there be another buyer in the market ...more

Thanks Joe i agree  hard to fight illiteracy and stupidity .. Never ending battle  these three clowns have done nothing else and are unable  to justify NO vote and infact these 3 idiots don't care and are here on a mission "" paid bashing"" but no solutions to the reality will be after NO merger  dooms day for PACE or slow ""pace-d" death. ...more
