if that is the case - I would have expected a bump in the CHX stock price and a volume spike.  Neither occurred.  Buy and Sell - you are an insider and a wealthy man. I understand your frustrations.  (You claim a large holding in PCE and state everyone loves the proposed incoming management).  This deal is good for you - but was it constructed
