Mike Shaikh has resigned from the Charger board of directors.   Tom Buchanan has resigned from the Pace BOD and Cap'n Fred Woods has elected to step down.  Now what do you suppose 'elected'  means?  Is that what happens when the CEO screws up big time?  Pressure from the BOD or major shareholders? That being said where are AvenEx's resignations and

Elected  to  step  down  could  mean  that  he  is  taking  his  severance  now  in case  the NO  vote  continues  to  prevail,   but  expect  no  information  to  be  forthcoming  from  the  co.  as  usual  so  shareholders  won"

Looking at all 3 companies over the last 4 trading days it appears the market is trying to determine how a failed merger will effect each company.  Even with todays big drop AvenEx is faring the best   I  think you will see PCE and AVF share pricse move back up once the shackles are off.  (todays prices prior to close) Date Close
