Quoting Joe454 from the Avenex board does not bolster credibility. Isn't it strange now that the deal has hit the skids - "bigbank", "buynsell" and "Joe 454" are all working overtime?  They still haven't come up with a single credible reason for supporting this deal. Nothing has changed why would we change our votes?

If Spyglass is a "strong takeout candidate"  then the individual companies are even stronger  "takeout candidates".  The no completion clauses in the original merger have now been removed. Buynsell - your aren't making much sense to me.  The cost of this deal is more than the market capitalisation of Charger Energy.  There is no benefit to pace

Go ahead and do it ...  I will keep mine as YES because it makes sense to me as pace shareholder with his real money at stake ...  All I am saying is this model does make sense if you want to make money and and will favor any other better options ...       The merger makes sense to me.             Woods does not want to stay at Pace. This indicates to me that Pace has some challenges ahead.                     The stock has performed very poorly given its high book value, reserve levels and 10%NPV.

Credible reasons to validate YES vote are given repeatedly .....don't go too far just read the last few posted today..., now your turn to give out reasons to vote NO to this merger deals... No personal attacks or bashing.. Simple explanation why this merger model won't work... Please n thank you ...;-)

Probably will take few more days to come out of brain freeze wash by NO advocates !!! If you simply just read plan of arrangement that should be enough to open your eyes...there is a good reason why these three need this merger... Nobody else can come up with any better arrangement ... And if seperately ..none of these is attractive enough for any new buyers in the market ... Otherwise we would
