Joe, assuming avf vote is a no... and pce and chx are yes.... what are you going to do???

sell ur holdings in pce and chx or present a new model to the pce shareholders???

and are u keeping your holdings in avf or selling those also????

and give us a rational on both counts...

Now at the same time Mo., lets assume merger is yes to go...!! Which I truly bieve will be ..what are you doing with your holdings??

well according to you and joe the share would be at 3.00  ..... I will sell right away...as I do not beleive that it will remain there very long...I see this stock at about 2.20 for about six months and then after they cut the dividends to nothing it will go to about 1.50  at which time i will buy back ..
