  .. Becoming big is the key to all the answers .. Promising lands of CHX.. Stable n strong existing pace wells.. And AVENEX brings in boost to the balance sheet .. Combining three creates an entity to perform and deliver for the shareholders .. This makes sense to me and I am voting yes to it ... Good luck to all ...

Unfortunately, the tables will not paste from Glass, Lewis & Co' s "against" opinion. Scotia also remains negative on the deal this week. Do your own due diligence, as they say. This was previously posted, but, contacting their analysit this week for an opinion, he referred me to these previous comments, unchanged from Dec:   Scotia:"Our take.
