SP goes up, for no reason. SP goes down

August and September it floated between 35 and 40 cents (slight improvement over early summer).

Then there was a flury of news around October 1- none of which moved the project closer to being built or financed. Excitement while it goes up pretty quick for 2 weeks... then it drifts back down to where the cycle started.

There's no liquidity in the stock.  90% of the shares are held by insiders and early investors.  Small volumes swing the price every day.  Too risky.
