dead air by pieridae reveals the company has no concerns for its shareholders who have invested good hard earned dollars at a much hire price,

#19 is Board member Kjell Pedersen. The offshore service companies he used to run in Norway are getting into wind farms in a big way... instead of just  hanging on till the gas industry dies on them.

must be time to buy commonsense 9 is at it again, gas will never die
Comment by commonsense9 on Mar 02, 2021 6:52am
Who said gas will die? There is an assumption by most here that gas consumption will just keep growing. As much as they have reaped from it, in Norway they have woken up to the fact those days are ending. In terms of big new investments, time to move on. I'm not saying that Pieridae is too late for jumping onto the caboose at the end of the train. But that is a question.

Norway is playing the current trend. when oil & gas be profitable again, their large fund will   find ways to get people to forget their current blunder.

Norway is playing the current trend. when oil @ gas be profitable again, their large fund will@ @find ways to get people to forget their current blunder. fyi, Norway is selling most of its gas indexed to Brent, so they are tied to the oil. there is not  much more economically that Norway is built on, so its hard to say they moved on.  Just look at what percentage of their gdp is oil & ...more
Comment by commonsense9 on Mar 11, 2021 1:27pm
Nobody says that Norway has moved on. Like done with oil and gas. No. But they are in the process of doing that, not building new infrastructure as if everything is going to stay the same. Norways knows that a lot of the oil and gas reserves they have will never be extracted, So they cannot have an economy just built on that.
Comment by baranja on Mar 11, 2021 2:35pm
BS. They are not in any process to do anything. Norway, only has hight standard of living becaue of oil. They have fish industry, but that's it.  Norway will go banana level with out Oil and Gas. Wake up for once.  Oil and gas are here to stay for looooong loooong time.
Comment by ofirme on Mar 14, 2021 6:43am
They have one of the largest wealth funds in the world and they plan on using that fund   for their future. its a country with no meaningfull growth except for the energy bonanza  they have had since the 80's. they are now enjoying natural gas prices in Europe due to   Russia not wanting that price to go down (the economic leach that Russia is to Europe)    ...more

It appears that there is lack of interest for thist stock, or just perhas the Co is not known. Why is this flat for long time now? Any reason?
Comment by Zach88 on Mar 11, 2021 8:14pm
Everyone is waiting to hear the final investment decision in June before they make any sudden moves. At this point, everyone who is in, is in, and everyone who is out, is out; that's why it's flat. I'm making a lot of assumptions, but that's the vibe I get.
Comment by commonsense9 on Mar 13, 2021 6:34am
Exactly. Not just a vibe. Increases in gas prices has ZERO to do with it. And would not matter if they went down either.... except that short term PEA has no cash and the gas production already bleeds a little cash every month.
Comment by Cashcow49 on Mar 13, 2021 11:18pm
what exactly is your agenda, someone who doesn't like the company but is always yapping off you don't like the company beat it nonsense
Comment by ofirme on Mar 14, 2021 6:59am
you are mentally stuck on prices from 12 months ago. today's prices give a very good   netback to the company. ngl & oil are getting firmer as well. company is only 50% - 60%  hedged (to ok prices as well).
Comment by Cashcow49 on Mar 14, 2021 10:33am
well the company has not given guidance for shareholders at much more than double what it's at today, I'd call that poor management hiding out, be honest with shareholders, they put hard earned money in ,
Comment by commonsense9 on Mar 14, 2021 7:42pm
Not the subject, but we agree about Norway. When sussing out the financials of Pieridae, you have to do your own analysis of cash flow. They use hokey stuff to avoid the reality than their credit card interest rates on the term loan bleed them for $2.6m every month (plus another $1m + defered until Oct 23). The Shell assets are only slightly profitable.... they do not cover loan shark rates. The ...more

again you failed to mention your agenda, people know how to read, what's your agenda
Comment by commonsense9 on Mar 14, 2021 10:29pm
First, "people know how to read" . Then, my agenda. You always talk as if this is just a simple matter of reading the facts- as if it is all obvious. It is anything but that. Alred Sorensen is a master promoter, an illusionist. He is so good that he just might conjure this thing into reality. Its still pretty much a long shot.   But he is damn good to have got it this far. He ...more

I find commonsense9's posts to be quite helpful, even sobering. I read his comments with skepticism because, well, these are the Bullboards after all. Nonetheless, if he's right, then I'm glad he took the time to share his meditations. so your here to waste people's time on your tyrant rants, you are a sad person , to be so lonely to snake threw boards just to here yourself ...more

Things usually do not move until a catalyst happens. fid is here the catalyst and with it the   ability to finance this huge undertaking plus the ability to move the gas from the west to   the east at a reasonable price.
Comment by commonsense9 on Mar 01, 2021 12:52pm
Erikson is only slightly behind AIMCo for share ownership. That is Third Eye Capital - holder of the term loan... the loan that PEA say in Annual Report has effective interest rate of 22.73%. The loan where $256million is due in full October 2023, and PEA has not set aside a dime for.
