End of Day there is only 8 Trading Days Left.........

.......been an interesting month and anticipation is building with only 8 business/trading days left before a decision is reportedly coming on investing further and green lighting Goldboro!  Seems we are in the Eleventh Hour.....Wanting to pick up more but still on the fence, as this could be a wild swing in either direction come the announcement, yay or nay.  My buy is speculative that this will go forward.....Jobs are needed, Nat Gas and Blue Power et al is gaining popularity (especially over coal),....agreements with several First Nations in place, and Carbon Capture Deal....this company has jumped through the hoops to check as many boxes as possible.  So who else out there has some speculation to add???....And will the Company wait til the last gun is fired before announcing???...Yay or Nay

Dont hold your breath. Even if this goes forward... the only thing that will change in 8 days is that they will soon after start talking more about CCS to fill the dead air.

....Commonsense, I see that happening regardless of Goldboro.....don't you?  With this technology being touted, why wouldn't they want to expand it anyway?.....imo, that's why this is worth more than .50 cents.  I don't believe anything was stated that it was limited to or by the Goldboro deal

You brought up * days till FID on the LNG project. I jjust pointed out that it is not the cliffhanger they try to package it as. They will not make it by the "deadline". And the project will not be dead then. When you talk about the technolgy being touted- do you mean the CCS possibilities at the Caroline complex?   I dont think that is limited by the Goldboro deal, but I ...more

I was talking about both, as both have amazing potential both on their own and together. Perhaps they are using both right now on either side of the fulcrum, with one leveraging the other.  But it appears that this decision has been in the works for a very long time and they had announced a deadline of June 30, so I would hope they don't waffle and delay it.  If delayed,  the ...more

Its not a question of "waffling" or not. They desperately want to do the FID. But it is only really a "decision" if you are Shell or Petronas. Even those dont go ahead on their own. But they have their own money to throw in the pot, and they wait to see if there will be others. Pieridae has nothing of their own. Zip. Never has had. (Except for vey expensive debt.).  So ...more

.....Hmmmm, perhaps you are right.

There is the POSSIBILITY that the CCS project would be something that could be a stand alone- that would be a good business proposition whether of not the LNG plant happens. Sorensen has talked about in that way. That will have to wait for hearing who the potential investor is, and whether they will invest independent of the LNG plant going ahead. Typical for Sorensen would be to present any new ...more

...perhaps they are baiting the hook with the CC tech hinging on the LNG in Goldboro, I think I mentioned something about a fulcrum and leveraging before. ,  But what is your opinion Commonsense "IF"  they are both a Go????  Exactly what do you think will happen to the share price then?  And BTW, looks like 125,000 shorts covered recently

The market is used to doses of good news from Pieridae. Nothing else- including more CCS announcemets will do anything except lift short lived bumps. Oh yeah, for sure, if the FID ever happens the price will take off. That has been true for years. The price is 50 cents and less because that is always the big if. My opinion is that if that ever happens, the price will not go as high as people ...more

Here is where I am having troubles: Sorensen says that as a toller alone he could have   gotten the financing. thats a very straight forward proposition: Maritime is reversed and   runs at full capacity. rates are rather low as expenses are rather low and at the end of   NS offshore its an almost stranded asset. its a no brainer.  U.S Northeast would love to use ...more

...IMO, Ofirme, this share price is being held in check, actually for the past couple of weeks.  Why you might ask?  To keep the price down for any potential purchaser.  Other reasons I have seen this type of trading is lining things up for a PP,  which surely they wouldnt do at this lame duck price.  And of course, there" IS" a private co in this neck of the ...more

You mske it complicated.Buty its simple. If  Big Investor comes they dont need to buy up shares. There will be a new structure. They just need to pay offexisting shareholders. Existing shareholders have to be dealt with fairly. They will make a nice one time profit on their holdings. But thats it
Comment by Bosslady on Jun 21, 2021 10:43pm
....Not complicated, just filling in a few blanks, Common.  And you also quanitfy my observation of recent trading patterns. Thank You.  I hope your opinion of "Fairly" is really something decent.  These Fellas aren't known for leaving cash on the table.  Au revoir, A Bientot

Its just not legal to completely rip off existing shareholders. The largest shareholders will get dealt into a better deal through some kind of complex structuring. But there will be prosecutions if everyone does not get a good share of the pie. Thats my understanding anyway. Until then (if), its not really different than any regular penny stock. Just flashier and more complicated.
