..phone call talking generically about renewed interest in some version of GOLDBORO to help europe with its gas supply situation.. the FLOATING OPTION sounds like the preferred option, cheaper to build, cheaper to access , shorter time to build. Says equity financing is the major issue..approx 11.35 EST start time..dwdc
