Right, No new info. This is about PEA applying for an extension on the deadline for comencing to export gas from the US. If you follow the document chain you will come to the 2016 US DOE Export License. And buried in the 240 page document https://www.energy.gov/sites/prod/files/2016/02/f29/ord3768.pdf you will find the clause where they can only export what they can get through existing ...more
