If it is funded tomorrow Germany won't get any gas any time soon. Never mind asap. Just watch every Indian band from Alberta to cape breton line up for their strings of wampum. Poor buggers on the east coast got nothin so far but a few lobster. They must look out west and wonder wtf the bands out there are complaining about.
