I'm looking forward to reading about the impact of the amendments to the shell deal for sulphur and condensates. I'm assuming the amendments were beneficial to pea. Especially sulphur. It was effective Dec 22, so the changes should show up in Q1. At least partially. It's all about the debt refinancing and whether it can be done without equitholders getting roasted and better cashflow ...more

I was not aware of this amendment.  Very good news! Does anyone have more information?

It was in a press release or md&a , I dont recall which, but I do remember looking forward to seeing the impact on future financials from the revised agreement with shell made as of December 2022. It's possible there are no beneficial changes to realized sulphur prices. We'll see soon enough.

Who the heck is Caroline Carbone?

She is a fantasy of a carbon capture project. Story written by Alfred Sorensen. But as near as I can tell, I dont think PEA has anything to do with reviving the fantasy. I think the rumor of revival started here.

I think you're right.  We will be hear about the 3 wells.  I'm not waiting for a big news. Depends questions that will be asked, we could be hear about the refinancement.

Equipped, tied-in and put on production our first foothills well (6-35) in April 2023 which is currently producing approximately 6 MMcf/d sales gas at a flowing wellhead pressure of 16 MPa. The well is highly restricted as production capability exceeds the Company’s working interest capacity at the gathering system tie-in point. I'm not an expert with that but I think it's good.  I ...more

from their release: i read the 3rd well is being deferred ie will not be drilled at this time. Its also possible that the 2nd well may only be drilled but may not be completed at this time (less clear on this one) due to low dry nat gas pricing. Thoughts ??? dwdc
Comment by commonsense101 on May 11, 2023 11:44pm
Second well was not completed. One and a half out of three. Didnt read MDA closely, but didnt see mention of a continued drilling program.
