Tidewater visit

Few weeks ago Tidewater visited Caroline, currently a liner being pulled in an existing pipe to bring 3rd party gas from east of Red Deer river to Caroline. Coincidence, maybe, but I'm thinking there is a condition attached to Caroline to get it filled.
