Darren gee will have to change his strategy to put a floor on peyto price, after letting go off the covenants this quarter, he should increase the dividend. Even a 2 cents monythly dividend will make it look like a respectable share, and it will put a floor of 7-8 dollars on share price, and an increase of around 30 million in dividend distribution will not effect the company.

I agree totally. Work from strength. You dictate what you want to do and how you want to do it. A  five dollar increase in price of the stock is much better than a few pennies  in dividends that most have to pay taxes on too. Hopefully SA has learned a lesson on economics and supply and demand and will keep prices of oil in the $60 to $70 range.  Whether Russia will comply is ...more
