The acquisition includes five operated natural gas plants with combined net natural gas processing capacity of around 400 million cubic feet per day, 2,200 kilometers (km) of operated pipelines, and a 12 MW cogeneration power plant. These assets include Edson Gas Plant and the Central Foothills Gas Gathering System. The Company has a total proved plus probable reserves of approximately 7.8 trillion cubic feet equivalent (1.3 billion barrels of oil equivalent).

Couldn't resist the temptation added 2000 more at 9.63, increased my holding to 52000, so now i would be receiving 2600 monthly dividend, not bad.

I also added a few thousand more today from other positions in the $9.60's, $9.70 range. My big three positions are now PEY, CR and then about 8000 GXE, not much but will slowly build up to 20,000 over time maybe. At this price Peyto is paying over 6%, and I don't care where the price goes short-term. Used to have FRU and VET, either could do well, VET huge. CR is a
