Seems like some counter intuitive forces at play.  The disconnect makes no sense except when one considers the uncertainty over the BOC and the Fed's int rate decision tomorrow.  Many pundits saying central banks will keep their foot on the pedal for fear of not being agressive enough which could lead into hyperinflation and even higher rates for a more prolonged time period.   ...more
