That may be true but the reason HH is seeing such high pressure right now is that Natural Gas storage in the southern US is unusually full.  Traders are worried that during injection season you could get a rerun of what happened with Cushings and Oil in 2020.

You seem to misundertand what I wrote. I am not saying that the storage in the US is unusually full. I meant that the storage in the Southern US read where Texas and US Gulf coast injects is very full.  Everything 250BCF over average is already not a good start. The thing is that Freeport did go off and that added a huge amount, and particularly where it was added is the issue. Henry Hub ...more

Not sure what you are getting at.  Salt cavern storage totaled 340 bcf mid December, now at 310 bcf.  Non-salt storage has declined every week since mid November, with the exception of a 2 bcf increase the first week of 2023.
