I am really wanting a Powel hold on interest rates. If so the market should jump along with NG / OIL prices. Shorts will need to cover fast

Looking at a chart from fall 2022, its been making lower lows ever since. No strength and not worth buying for that reason right now. In my opinion, I think we'll see PEY go below $10. If I'm wrong then I'm wrong but.....I'm sticking with that call.
