Nat Gas price.....

As i write this....down 23% for its January 12 high of $3.36.

Currently $2.57. Wtf happened? I guess this is where the hedging program kicks.

World markets are flooded with gas and trading at multi years lows, TTF, JKM, HH, AECO, etc. And big producers are pumping gas out of the ground at record levels. I think natgas will be out of flavour for a big part of 2024. Shareholders will get hurt with this. Peyto is doing very well, thanks to their hedges. Hopefully they will keep capex low to prevent them from taking new hedges in the ...more
