Unless I missed it but where does it show if debt was paid down? I see a blank area where the debt colum is. ?? If I was a betting man, I think the stock will begin the day in the negative.  I found the report to be 50 / 50.   I will say this....if theres a positive it peytos hedging .Its kicking butt!

As the payout ratio for the quarter was 107% I don't think debt was paid down.  As guided in the Q1 call, debt was expected to increase slightly for q2 but debt is still down from Q4 2023.

If it debt didn't climb then I guess that's a positive sign lol.. I still think the shares will start the day in the red. Could be a rough week come to think of it.

I called it yesterday!! I knew Peyto shares would start the day off in the red! I knew it lol. Same share price pattern as other energy companies who had their recent earning release. Predicatable. We may get closer to $14 or even high $13's before this week is over. Holding onto to ample cash!! This could be good!!

At q1 net debt was $1,339,558,000.  At q2 $1,337,577,000.  Better than guided during the q1 call.

Thx Greg. Bottom line is imho...we need natural gas price to rise up a lot more at some point.
