Recommendation

RecommendationPHX is very cheap at 5X earnings. The balance sheet is decent and good growth is expected this year. Insiders are at 14% and have been small buyers. The last quarter was mixed, with a miss on EPS. The dividend was raised 50% and is likely fine. Earnings rose more than 110% in the 4Q. The sector party has faded but for the service sector it looks attractive to us today. Growth is expected at more than 100% this year (EPS) and slowing to 5% or so in 2024. (5iResearch)
