A year from now, when 5 BCF/day of nat gas is going into
the latest round of new build LNG plants coming onlline in the US and LNG Canada add's 1.8 bcf/d of demand in Canada, a firm floor of 3-4 dolllars will be put into the price of nat gas, with a likely average spot price likely hitting double that depending on the season/weather. Cashflow will be through the roof for all these service companies, let alone the gems like PHX. In the meantime, you will benifit from owning a company making a measly mid to high teens in free cashflow that shrinks the shares outstanding and pays you at close to 9% in dividends at the current shareprice.
