Patience is a virtue with this one

I've been following these guys for a while, and althought covid has been painful, I am still optimistic. I particularly like that they have a lot of irons in the fire and PIF is in great shape to weather rising interest rates...unlike a lot of other smaller cap companies I follow.

PIF remains a really undervalued stock with huge upside. I just wish management moved a bit faster on new projects. With a 12-36 time frame for construction of new projects, any M&A activity that has been suggested over the last year still has a significant lag time before it will be reflected in cash flow. I got in at ~$10 and doubled down during the crash, so I'm still happy with my ...more

 Jurisdiction, small market cap and low volume on a small float will act as a drag. That said, PIF has just experienced a step back and looks poised for two steps forward based on M&A potential, a great balance sheet and a low payout ratio. If PIF can get its market cap over 500m or, better, $1bn, then every green/renewable fund is going to need a piece. All will be revealed in the ...more

Hey Marlbank does you handle relate to where u live? We could be within a a few miles of each other. By the way I love this company smart managment and good sector to be in always long but do trade outside of my core holdings.  Have agood day.
