88guy the selling could be just stop losses on a thinly traded stock coupled with a fund liquidating perhaps or the fear of the auto strike which now appears resolved. Prospects all intact.

I don't know exactly when they started partnership as website is recently updated.. the good thing is that they can attract new billion dollar market cap companies and divesify from Ford exposure.. CB
