Leading Indicators for Pacific Insight

Hi everyone,
I am new to to both Stockhouse and Pacific Insight Electronics. My understanding that the automotive LED lighting should grow 5% to 7% annually in the near future. In the meduim term self driving should increase interior LED systems demand.

What are the leading indicators of future top and bottom line? I assume Intangible Assets is similar to research and development of agreements that are about to reap rewards over the next three to five years. 

Is the drop in CAPEX on Intangible assets from 2,343,102 to 1,650,221 , an indicator of future softening.

They do not define their intangibles but it is clear that new product development for OEM's and the like is not all capitalised thru this asset class. Some goes to inventory, or PP&E and is set off by reimbursement from OEM. Intangibles are subject to amortisation (did not look up percent) but you can see size of it y/y in financials, and are reduced by Investment Credits they get from ...more
