to me, looks pretty good  Rev is stable; the new development project did cost a bit higher which negatively affected earnings, but it will smooth out next quarter Good buy and Bruce will be on again on Wed

Although the statement in the NR shows an adjusted net income before the exceptional development expenses, as shown in quote below, they do not show a significant increase in intangibles (where they normally put certain of these expenses) but seem to have them all in COGS (which would be abnormal since you only put charges in COGS related to the revenue in that period.)  The COGS shows ...more

Incredible up day today.  It's going to be very interesting tomorrow.  I'm sure they would have preferred to have capitalized these costs (vs putting them through COGS).  Accounting standards clearly prevented them from doing otherwise, which is why they're making a point to say how much better their "management accounting" results look.  They also know ...more

My brain must have been lazy too for, yes, I did see that but given the qtly rfevs need to really grow from the current levels that is difficult to read as more than a 'comfort' statement. They need more than $25k/qtr average and we have no idea of new business ops going forward. In fact, on reflection, it might be seen at odds with stated renewed performance in Q2 on as I took that to ...more
