Here's what they say.. Trans Mountain Response Teams Making Progress Towards a phased Restart; Heavy Equipment Working to Re-direct Water, Clear Roads and Build Temporary Bridges and assess pipeline integrity - Trans Mountain No ETA. I hear bargeloads of gasoline are heading north from WA to Vancouver and Vancouver Island. Won't do anything for the prices
