Sunoco Offer

i read in the Globe that Sunoco had offered the equivilent of $45 a share for our beloved PKI. Before the board rejected this offer did they not have to put it to the shareholders ? I would love $45 now

The replacement value of that refinery is probably near 45 a share. Its a golden goose imho

Hey Nakate You better take this Golden Goose over to the vets . This stock used to be approaching $50 and is now drifting about like a rubber duck in a bath tub . Obviously hope you are right.
