05:07 PM EDT, 04/18/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Park Lawn Corp (PLC.TO) on Monday said it closed the acquisition of assets of Chancellor Funeral Home and Garden of Memories in Byram and Florence, Mississippi, which it bought for an undisclosed price.

The company said the assets consist of "one stand-alone funeral home and one combination funeral home and cemetery property".

Park Lawn shares closed up C$0.05 to C$34.30 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
