Some people believe...

there has been an uptick in death rates this year.  Meanwhile analyst Irene Nattel at RBC thinks otherwise and has downgraded PLC.

Nevertheless, Irene has the most bullish price target compare to other analyst for PLC @ $49

Right, she did downgrade from 49 to 44.  That's still a pretty awesome price target given where we are sitting right now.
