CRAZY
52 WEEK high and yield coming down to 5%. Might have to sell at $5.00 and see if there's greener pastures with reits still lagging. The move up was FAST AND FURIOUS. What's NAV by the way?

take a look at FCD.UN...Just did new issue at $7.00. Not that well known. Yielding about 7% now. One of the only reits to increase it's divy during the peak of the pandemic. Smaller reit. I expect the yield to come down to 5.5 to 6 % as the market appreciates how well run this reit is. I feel the divy is very safe as it's already proven resilient during the pandemic. do your own
