Some are betting of breakdowns while others are buying it up big.

I got a little bit more at $3.94 today. It didn't stay below $4 for long, I probably should have been more aggressive. I would love to know how much of the volume is just institutions selling a basket of REITs to lower their REIT exposure, vs someone actually thinking about PLZ.UN and deciding the best move was to sell???

We'l never know, but from a technical perspective $4.00 is solid support and 7% yield. Whats there not to like?
