Cannaccord dumping today

I see the general markets are raging higher, so  CC saw something better to put their money towards.
However , PME holdings are up today, and it is ex divvy date, so usually a great day to accumulate.
Grabbed a few today and will see where it is tomorrow. May have to buy some more.
