Yield north of 6%

Same monthly distribution as NWH.UN trading at a few cents less than NWH.UN.

NWH yield is about 5.92% , I think PMZ will work out to 6.01%. Think my math is good.

Not really comparable.  Debt to BV and payout ratio are not even close.   Theoretically PMZ could distrubute a 12% yield by FFO.  PMZ will also likely start a buy back after insiders load up

the share price, distribution, and yield is the same, not the companies

That's true, but you can draw comparisons to other reits wth similar yield, share price dont matter
