Headed for $15.00 much quicker than I Expected

Bought a wack of shares in the 12.85 range for a short term trade, looks like I may ride the wave a little longer than I originally planned. Rent collection in the malls seesm strong still and Primaris is already talking about redevelpment options. Residential along with parcel centers seems to be a hit with investors.

I think alot of us are in the same boat.  Not something you thought you would own long term but the valuation is keeping you here.  Its tough to sell when insiders keep buying.   Its good to see the momentum continue during the blackout period. No one is bullish office space either but the valuation made me buy hr 1.5 years ago and now since i don't want to pay the capital ...more
