You and I often disagree on stock strategies but on this one, we are on the same side. This appears to have more room to run, which is odd considering it got the supposed "BAD" assets.

If PMZ had 50% debt and a 70%+ payout ratio, it woud trade at < $15.  Its strong balance sheet is what deserves less of a discount
