PLAZA REIT REPORTED TODAY

A comparable retail reit.  Has AFFO of .08 cents while PMZ 0.33 cents.  PLZ = $4.  Which means PMZ = $16

Pair trade it. Long PMZ and short PLZ.  We're headed to $14.20 - no idea what happens next short-term lol.

SHORTING a reit with a 7% yield and low liquidity probably wont work out well, especially at $4.10 and not $5.00.
